Samsung is ready to launch the next iteration of its hit FE (Fan Edition) phone series. The Galaxy S25 FE has been designed as a capable alternative to the premium Galaxy S series. With a couple of certifications ready and most of the key information now coming in, the design and specs of the device are no longer a mystery.

Design and Display Improvements

Spilled images from trusted source evleaks indicate that Galaxy S25 FE will adopt the cozy design of the previous one. However, it will come with a couple of noticeable upgrades. The display takes up more of the body, giving the users more screen and less bezel. The camera circles at the back also appear more sophisticated, adding to its streamlined appearance.

The phone will boast a huge 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. It will feature FHD+ resolution and support a variable refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. This will enable smoother graphics while saving battery life when used still.

Slimmer Build and Bigger Battery

Samsung is also slimming down the phone. Measuring only 7.4mm and weighing just about 190 grams, the Galaxy S25 FE will be lighter and easier to carry than most of its competition. While thinner, the phone will feature a larger 4,900mAh battery.

Performance and Storage Options

Under the hood, the S25 FE will be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2400 chip. The phone will be offered in three storage variants: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. RAM will be the same across all variants at 8GB, delivering decent multitasking ability.

Camera System and Software Support

The camera setup is outdated but reliable. At the back, it has a 50MP main lens, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and an 8MP telephoto camera. The selfie shooter will get an upgrade to a 12MP sensor, guaranteed to enhance selfie and video calling quality.

It will ship with Android 16 and Samsung’s One UI 8 preinstalled. And more amazingly, Samsung is promising up to seven years of software support, both OS updates and security patches.

With these upgrades, the Galaxy S25 FE will provide premium functionalities in a lower price tag. It ought to be a serious contender in the mid-ranged smartphone market when released.
