Samsung Accidentally Leaks Galaxy S25 Edge Pricing on Its Own Website

Oops—someone at Samsung hit “publish” a little too early. Ahead of its official launch, Samsung Canada accidentally revealed the price of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Edge—and the leak didn’t come from a sketchy forum or leaker with a blurry screenshot. It came straight from Samsung’s own website.

Galaxy S25 Edge pricing: How It Slipped

The pricing details showed up on a Terms and Conditions page related to discounts for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE. In that document, the S25 Edge was listed as an eligible device for a 20% tablet discount—a promotion that wasn’t supposed to be live yet. The listing also mentioned storage options and colors, making it clear this wasn’t a copy-paste error. It was the real deal.

The Numbers

Here’s how the pricing breaks down:

  • CAD 1,678 for the 256GB model (~$1,200 USD / €1,100)
  • CAD 1,858 for the 512GB model (~$1,350 USD / €1,200)

That places the S25 Edge right between the Galaxy S25+ and the Ultra, just as earlier rumors suggested.

What Else the Leak Confirmed

Besides pricing, the listing also confirmed a couple of key details:

  • Colors: Titanium Silver and Titanium Jet Black
  • Serial numbers: Included, further confirming authenticity

And yes, this is the same slim, curved device Samsung is expected to unveil on May 13, with a global rollout likely to follow two weeks later.

What We Know So Far about Galaxy S25 Edge

Specs for the Galaxy S25 Edge are still unofficial, but here’s what’s been floating around:

  • Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset
  • 200 MP main camera
  • Ultra-thin design
  • Smaller-than-expected battery

That last point might disappoint power users, especially if the battery can’t keep up with the performance and display. But Samsung seems to be aiming this one at fans of sleek, lightweight phones who don’t want to compromise too much on camera or power.

The Bottom Line

Whether it was a genuine mistake or an intentional tease, Samsung’s pricing slip gives us a clearer idea of where the S25 Edge fits into the lineup. With just a few weeks until launch, we’ll find out soon if the specs—and battery—can live up to the price tag.
