Honor has launched the Honor Band 10. It is on sale in China, with the standard model selling for $34 and the NFC model for $40.

The Band 10 boasts a 1.57-inch AMOLED screen with 60Hz refresh rate. It also comes with an ambient light sensor. This will automatically adjust the brightness of the screen according to your environment, offering good visibility at all times.

One of the best features of the Honor Band 10 is health tracking. It provides 24/7 heart rate monitoring, SpO2 (blood oxygen) tracking, stress detection, and deep sleep analysis. For women, it also provides menstrual cycle tracking. The smartband is driven by Honor’s AI-powered heart health engine. This engine can identify early symptoms of atrial fibrillation, premature heartbeats, and even sleep apnea, keeping you in control of your health.

The Morning Health Review feature is yet another convenient one. It presents you with an overview of your most critical health information on your wrist each morning, giving you a quick glimpse.

For sports enthusiasts, the Band 10 offers a lot of exercise options. It supports 96 workout modes, from 11 professional sports like running, cycling, and swimming. You can also personalize 85 activity types. The band leverages Honor‘s Motion Health AI to track your performance and personalize your exercises.

Battery life is excellent. With regular use, the Band 10 will last for as long as 10 days from one charge. In optimal conditions, it will last for a maximum of 14 days. Even with the Always-On Display activated, it lasts up to 3 days.

The NFC model, available only in China, adds even more functionality. It supports tap-to-pay, public transport entry, and smart door opening for more convenience.
