Trump in a recent post, starting an entire online fiasco, which Musk immediately clarified, saying that the POTUS was right.
According to Musk, the apparent solution is to “fix” X’s Community Notes, particularly as the billionaire claimed that it is being “gamed” by entities.

A new long-form post from Elon Musk tackled the issues that Community Notes has been facing lately and how he claims it is being manipulated by users and entities. Here, the tech mogul jumped right into talks regarding Ukrainian politics, particularly concerning the war-torn country’s President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Musk came immediately to aid the side of President Trump after his recent heated argument with the Ukrainian President. Additionally, Musk’s concern centers on the poll which hugely favored Zelenskyy but was controlled by the Ukrainian government, with Community Notes adding this as a context that the X owner viewed as a conflict of interest, according to Ars Technica.

X’s Community Notes Is Being Gamed Says Elon Musk
To sum up the entire post by Musk, he thinks that X’s Community Notes is being “gamed by governments & legacy media,” or in other words, being manipulated to provide more favorable public opinion towards a certain person or entity.
Musk thinks that the feature is now flawed, and he claims that the social media company he owns is currently working on a fix for the tool.

X has long had a Community Notes feature, which was previously called the Birdwatch and focused on offering users on the platform a community-sourced tool to share context and provide factual information to the public.
However, when Musk stepped in as Twitter’s owner, it was rebranded as Community Notes and gained a whole new level of importance on the platform, allowing the entire community to participate in sharing context and factual information.
It was a highly-regarded feature by the X owner, claiming that it has been an effective tool in sharing factual information that has been verified by an independent body. Musk put massive importance on having a feature like Community Notes on a social media platform.
X even recently claimed that it made the feature faster in sharing contextual information after a post gets published.
However, the important thing to note about X’s Community Notes is that it is a crowdsourced tool, with anyone being able to apply as a contributor. Despite this, its governing body has the last say on what gets added to a post.
