The iPhone SE 4 now has an alleged dummy unit which was revealed by a leaker to be the real deal, showcasing the massive changes from Apple for this fourth-generation version.
A lot has changed since the iPhone SE 3 from 2022 if comparing it to the latest dummy unit, not only does it adopt the modern design scheme of iPhones, but it also features a significant upgrade the smartphone badly needed.
The iPhone SE 4’s Leaked Dummy Unit Reveals ‘Convincing’ Look
One of the most prolific leakers behind Cupertino’s devices, Majin Bu, shared a new hands-on video of the Apple iPhone SE 4’s dummy unit which showcases a tangible, 360° look on the budget smartphone. The leak corroborated many of the previous claims regarding the upcoming device from Apple, as it will have a glass body, rounded square edges, a flat body, and more.
It will also feature a single rear camera lens and one in the front, paired with the sleek body that is reminiscent of more modern devices from the iPhone 14 to the iPhone 16, but this device will come with USB-C as a standard, to be able to sell over at Europe.
Considering that it is only a dummy unit, there were no insights about the device’s operations and how it will perform, with its rumored A18 chip remains a speculation.

On the other hand, the photos shared by Bu revealed the refreshed look of the iPhone SE 4 in all its hardware glory, featuring the handy rectangular device which fans have regarded to be reminiscent of the iPhone 4. However, users noted that the iPhone SE 4 will not get the previously rumored Dynamic Island technology as that will not be available in the final release version, with the cutout notch to what appears to house the front-facing camera.

For the longest time, many leakers have regarded that Cupertino will make a significant revamp to its iPhone SE lineup, with the company ending the iPhone 8’s design scheme to be used for the budget smartphone in its last release. To top it all off, Apple will make the iPhone SE 4 an affordable device that will remain at its usual midrange pricing, and while the latest rumor removes the Dynamic Island from the equation, it is still a phenomenal upgrade all in all.
