Samsung is gearing up to expand its Galaxy Tab FE lineup with the highly anticipated Galaxy Tab S10 FE series. The upcoming tablets are expected to bring notable improvements over their predecessors, including dual-battery technology, as revealed by the BIS certification. Here’s what we know so far about the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series.
Galaxy Tab S10 FE Batteries Confirmed on BIS Certification
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification has confirmed that Samsung is working on a device featuring dual batteries for the Indian market. The batteries are identified with model numbers EB-BX526ABE and EB-BX526ABY, suggesting that the tablet will prioritize extended battery life. However, the BIS listing does not disclose detailed specifications about the battery capacities or charging speeds.

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series will include at least two models, similar to its predecessor. The tablets are expected to feature an LCD screen, powered by an Exynos chipset. This aligns with Samsung’s strategy of offering high-quality performance in the mid-range tablet segment. Customers in the U.S. who purchase and activate the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series by July 31, 2025, will receive one year of free access to the Goodnotes app, enhancing the productivity aspect of these devices.
Samsung is likely to launch the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series globally, including in India. According to reports, this launch will take place in the second quarter of 2025. The dual-battery configuration indicates that Samsung is focusing on delivering longer usage times for productivity and entertainment.
Comparison with the Tab S9 FE Series
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE will build on the win of the Tab S9 FE line. The last tabs, the Tab S9 FE and S9 FE+, came with 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch LCD screens with a 90Hz rate. They ran on the Exynos 1380 chip with 8,000mAh and 10,090mAh power with a 45W wired fast charge. The Tab S10 FE will offer top speed, more power, and ease of use for tasks. Its dual-cell tech and mid-2025 drop make it a key pick in the mid-tier tab scene. Fans can look out for more news soon.
