Vivo’s subsidiary, the hardware-focused brand iQOO has been on a long journey in India. The brand began its journey in the competitive market back in 2020 with the release of the iQOO 3. Since then, it launched all its products in India through its official website and Amazon.in. iQOO has been giving great importance to India, and apparently, this will go deeper with the beginning of an offline operation in the country. A new report from Gadgets360 states that the vivo sub-brand is set to enter India’s offline market in the next month.

Indian consumers will be able to test iQOO Smartphones Before Purchase.

Gadgets360 cites “reliable sources”, and claims that iQOO will enter India’s offline market through vivo-exclusive stores and other retail channels. With that, for the first time, consumers will be able to enter a store and get a hands-on experience with iQOO devices before purchase. Until now, this was not possible, because iQOO has been an online-only brand since its entrance in India.

With such advancement in mind, we expect to hear more on December 3. iQOO will hold an event to launch the iQOO 13 in the country. The new flagship will feature the same specifications as its Chinese counterpart. However, we expect the company to replace OriginOS with its Funtouch os counterpart. Also, the phone will pack a smaller battery. Fortunately, it’s a tiny cut from 6,150 mAh to 6,000 mAh. The phone will come in two color options in the Asian Country – Legend and Nardo Grey.

It is led by the 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 4x lossless zoom, alongside a 32MP front camera. Running Android 15 with Funtouch OS 15 (Global), it includes an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, IP68/IP69 resistance, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and a 6000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.
