Samsung India has begun teasing the arrival of its next Galaxy F-series smartphone, hinting at an imminent launch. A dedicated microsite on Flipkart focuses on the letter ‘F’, fueling speculation about the upcoming device. While the listing remains cryptic, it features the tagline, “Samsung got something fresh on the way,” without revealing the official name or design details. Here’s everything we know so far about the much-anticipated Galaxy F-series smartphone.

Samsung’s Upcoming Galaxy F-Series Smartphone

Samsung’s Galaxy F-series is known for being sold exclusively via Flipkart, along with the brand’s official e-store. The Flipkart microsite describes the upcoming device with words like ‘futuristic,’ ‘fashionable,’ ‘fast,’ and ‘foto,’ suggesting that the smartphone will boast a modern design, strong performance, and impressive camera capabilities.

While Samsung has yet to confirm the exact model, recent developments provide valuable clues. The support pages for the Samsung Galaxy F06 and Galaxy F16 recently went live on the official Samsung website, indicating that one or both of these devices could be part of the upcoming launch.

Samsung Galaxy F16 and Galaxy F06: What We Know So Far

As reported by 91mobiles, The Galaxy F16 recently appeared on Geekbench, carrying the model number SM-E166P/DS. According to the listing:

The phone scored 678 points in the single-core and 1902 points in the multi-core performance tests.
It is expected to feature 8GB of RAM and run on Android 14 out of the box.
The device will likely be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which comprises six cores clocked at 2GHz and two cores at 2.40GHz.

Speculations suggest that the Galaxy F16 might be a rebranded version of the Galaxy A16, which launched in October 2024 for ₹18,999. If this holds true, the device could sport a 6.7-inch display, a 50MP primary camera, a 13MP selfie shooter, and a 5,000mAh battery. For reference, its predecessor, the Galaxy F15, debuted at ₹12,999 (about $149).

Samsung Galaxy F06 Speculations

On the other hand, rumors suggest that the Samsung Galaxy F06 shares similarities with the upcoming Galaxy A06 5G. This would make it the first 5G device in Samsung’s A0x series. The Galaxy A06 5G was also spotted on Geekbench, revealing that it will likely feature:

We do not know much else about the Galaxy F06 at this stage, but based on previous models, it may offer an affordable entry point into the 5G segment. For context, Samsung launched the Galaxy F05 4G at ₹7,999 (about $92) in September 2024.
