HONOR X7c 5G Teased for India Launch with IP64 Protection, Snapdragon 4 Gen 2

HONOR isn’t wasting time. Just weeks after releasing the X9c 5G in India, the company has confirmed that the HONOR X7c 5G is next in line. The phone isn’t exactly new—it was first unveiled globally in October last year—but it’s finally making its way to the Indian market. This time, HONOR is leading with durability as part of the pitch. The X7c comes with triple-resistance protection: water and dust resistance (IP64-rated) plus drop resistance certified by SGS. Not a bad set of credentials for a phone in its price segment.

HONOR X7c 5G Design and Display

The teaser image shows two colors heading to India—Forest Green and Moonlight White—with just one storage configuration confirmed so far: 8GB RAM + 256GB. On the front, you’ll find a 6.77-inch HD+ LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. There’s a punch-hole cutout housing an 8MP selfie camera. The rear setup is led by a 50MP main sensor, though HONOR hasn’t highlighted the other lenses in its Indian teaser.

Performance and Battery

Under the hood, the X7c runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC—a chipset designed for reliable 5G performance without breaking the bank. Power comes from a 5,200mAh battery, paired with 35W fast charging for quicker top-ups.

Availability

The phone will be available exclusively on Amazon.in, following the same distribution route as HONOR’s recent launches. Pricing hasn’t been revealed yet, but given its specs, the X7c will likely target the affordable 5G segment in India.
