iQOO Z10R Teased With Curved Screen, 4K Video and Portrait Perks Ahead of Launch

The next phone in iQOO’s Z10 series is just around the corner — and this time, it’s bringing some visual flair. In a teaser shared ahead of the India launch, iQOO has confirmed that the upcoming Z10R will feature a curved screen, something we’ve typically seen reserved for more premium-tier phones. It’s a noticeable shift. The Z-series has mostly leaned on aggressive pricing and raw performance, often skipping on high-end design touches. A curved screen suggests iQOO is, maybe, trying to inch the Z10R toward a slightly more refined category — at least visually.
And that’s not all. The teaser also reveals a dual rear camera setup, an Aura light module for better portrait shots, and the ability to shoot in 4K video. The company promotes its 2x portrait zoom as a highlight — though exactly how they achieve it (optically or digitally) hasn’t been confirmed yet.
A Dimensity 7400 chip and up to 12GB RAM
Under the hood, recent Geekbench listings give us a pretty good sense of what to expect. The Z10R, is available under the model number vivo I2410, packs MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 SoC. That’s a modest step up from the Dimensity 7300 found in the Z9s — not a major leap, but a welcome one.
The listing also points to 12GB of RAM, though an 8GB variant is available.
iQOO typically offers memory options across price brackets, so it’d be surprising if they didn’t.
Design and color options
The teaser shows the phone in a soft blue finish — not quite pastel, not quite metallic. It’s a middle ground that looks better in person than in renders. We expect additional color variants, probably a darker one and a neutral option like silver or grey.

Interestingly, there’s also talk that this device will appear under vivo’s T-series branding — specifically as the vivo T4R. It’s not uncommon for vivo and iQOO to share hardware between sub-brands with slight design tweaks, especially in India and Southeast Asia.
When is it launching?
There’s no official date yet. But with teasers rolling out and Geekbench sightings already in the wild, we’re likely looking at a late July or early August launch. Expect more information — and probably a few more calculated leaks — in the coming days.
