Realme Narzo 80 Lite 5G Debuts with 6,000mAh Battery

Realme has officially introduced its latest smartphone — the Narzo 80 Lite 5G. It is the newest addition to the Narzo 80 series lineup. Unexpectedly, the device is not entirely new. It is a rebranded version of the newly released Realme C73. There are no changes in terms of features under the new name, like a responsive 120Hz display, a powerful MediaTek Dimensity chipset, and a big battery.

The Narzo 80 Lite 5G features a massive 6.67-inch IPS LCD screen. The display has an HD+ resolution with a high 120Hz refresh rate for seamless scrolling and gaming. The screen can reach up to 625 nits brightness, making it visible even under very sunlight conditions. It has an 8MP camera at the front, which is strategically positioned for video calls and social media selfies.

Internally, the Narzo 80 Lite 5G is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset that delivers decent performance for daily tasks and multitasking. The smartphone has two memory options: 4GB or 6GB of RAM, both coupled with 128GB of internal memory. This offers plenty of space to store many apps, images, and videos without worrying about falling short of memory.

At the back, the phone boasts a 32MP main camera powered by the GC32E2 sensor. The camera will deliver clear and detailed photos in varying lighting conditions.

Additionally, the phone runs Realme UI 6, which is based on the latest Android 15 operating system. Its headline-grabbing feature is the massive 6,000mAh battery. This will easily get through a day of heavy use. The battery also supports 15W wired charging.

For the style, the Narzo 80 Lite 5G comes in two stylish colors: Crystal Purple and Onyx Black.

Realme has kept the pricing competitive. The 4GB/128GB variant costs INR 10,499 ($121), while the 6GB/128GB version costs INR 11,499 ($133). As a special launch offer for a limited time, the prices are INR 9,999 ($116) and INR 10,799 ($125) respectively. So, the Realme Narzo 80 Lite 5G will go on sale on June 20 via Amazon India.

With its balanced capabilities, large battery, and affordable price, the Realme Narzo 80 Lite 5G is positioned for budget users who would want 5G without spending too much. It goes straight up against other affordable 5G smartphones in India and is a strong contender for someone buying their first 5G phone or requiring a good secondary phone.
