Leakers have shared new information about the upcoming Pixel 10 series from Google, particularly a reported launch date set for this year that will take place in two months. According to rumors, the Made by Google event dedicated to introducing the new Pixel lineup will take place on August 13, and this showcase will detail the latest improvements done to the smartphones.
It is important to note that, should rumors be accurate, the Pixel 10’s August 13 event is also the same one as last year’s Made by Google showcase that introduced the Pixel 9 series to the world.
However, it is important to note that this date is only an announcement event, but the device’s release date may shortly follow. According to the report, it is expected that Google will deliver all Pixel devices a week after the Made by Google event, putting it at around August 20 for its actual release.

What to Expect From the Pixel 10?
According to The Verge, the early reports of the Pixel 10 detail that its base version is getting a massive revamp as it will feature three cameras in the rear instead of only two. That being said, the Pro and Pro Fold variants would still retain the same rear camera count, with all devices set to retain a similar design and hardware from the Pixel 9.
It is expected that the Tensor G5 chipset will power the Pixel 10 devices coming this year.
Google Pixel 10 Rumors
Google is not planning many changes to the Pixel 10 lineup coming this year, as per rumors, but there would be several tweaks to their releases. First, users will get to see the successor of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which saw an incredible reception last year, particularly as the company offered massive improvements since its first foldable device.
Moreover, it will also follow the footsteps of all the Pixel devices before it which used the new Silicon-based processor that Google developed, particularly the Tensor G suite of chips. For 2025, Google is already at the Tensor G5 series that will succeed last year’s Tensor G4, offering a follow-up with significant improvements to its capabilities, particularly as more AI features are expected this year.
Alongside the Pixel smartphone series, Google will also reportedly release a new generation of its Pixel Watch which is already at its fourth release since it started, promising improved battery life and charging technology.
All of the Pixel releases from Google this year will receive the Material 3 Expressive design, with significant software side improvements that tweak the interface.
