With June already underway, AnTuTu has released its latest performance rankings for May 2025. The ranking shows Apple’s iPads dominating in terms of speed and performance. Surprisingly, no iPhones were able to make it this time.

Apple’s Best Performing Devices

The top two spots are taken by the new iPad Pro tablets released in 2024. The 11-inch iPad Pro with an M4 chip led with 2,507,263 points. It is followed closely by the 13-inch iPad Pro with an M4 chip with 2,492,976 points.

These two tablets are Apple’s fastest devices on the market. They both provide better performance in tasks like video editing, gaming, and multitasking.

Here is the complete top 10 list of Apple devices for May 2025, by AnTuTu scores:

Rank Device Score

  • iPad Pro 2024 (11″, M4) 2,507,263
  • iPad Pro 2024 (13″, M4) 2,492,976
  • iPad Air 2025 (13″, M3) 2,107,461
  • iPad Pro 6 (12.9″, M2) 2,087,995
  • iPad Air 2025 (11″, M3) 1,983,224
  • iPad Pro 4 (11″, M2) 1,922,074
  • iPad Air 2024 (13″, M2) 1,900,317
  • iPad Air 2024 (11″, M2) 1,849,456
  • iPad Pro 5 (12.9″, M1) 1,726,575
  • iPad Pro 3 (11″, M1) 1,684,393
  • Where Are the iPhones?

What most users would like to know is how the iPhone 16 series is doing. These phones were released last year. However, they do not make it to May’s top 10 list. Perhaps it is because iPads now boast more robust M-series chips, while iPhones still use A-series processors.

This makes iPads much faster compared to iPhones when it comes to raw performance. Apple is seemingly promoting its tablets more than its phones.
