Instagram Is Finally Coming to iPad

Many journalists had already reported this back in April. Those early reports said Meta was working on an Instagram app made just for iPads. Now, new details confirm that the company is moving forward with those plans.

Right now, iPad users can only use Instagram by downloading the iPhone version. This version works, but it’s just a stretched-out version of the iPhone app. It doesn’t take full advantage of the iPad’s larger screen or multitasking features. A proper iPad app would make the experience much better.
