Oppo Find X8 Ultra and X8 Next Launching Next Month

Oppo recently launched the Find N5 foldable. Now, it is preparing for another major release. The Find X8 Ultra, nicknamed “Night God,” is on the way. This flagship promises to set a new standard in mobile photography, especially in low-light conditions. Alongside it, Oppo is introducing the Find X8 Next, a sleek and powerful device that could challenge top competitors.

First Look at the Find X8 Ultra

Live images of the Find X8 Ultra have surfaced. The phone features a new and unique camera design. While aesthetics are subjective, Oppo has clearly taken a bold approach.

A Camera Built for Night Photography

Smartphone cameras struggle in low-light settings. Oppo’s Director of Flagship Product, Zhou Yibao, acknowledges this challenge. To solve it, the Find X8 Ultra will have an advanced lens with a larger aperture. This will allow more light to enter, improving image quality.

The device also features upgraded hardware to enhance color accuracy. Additionally, Oppo has included a powerful image signal processor (ISP). This will further improve night photography, making images clearer and more detailed.

The Find X8 Next: Compact Yet Powerful

Oppo is also set to launch the Find X8 Next. It was initially called the Find X8 Mini. This smartphone will compete with the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, iPhone 17 Air, and vivo X200 Mini.

Leaks suggest it will run on the Dimensity 9400 chipset. It is expected to have a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display for smooth visuals. The camera will feature a 50 MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). This ensures sharp and stable photos.
