Samsung is rolling out the One UI 7 Beta 4 update for Galaxy S24 users. This update improves the charging indicator animation, making it smoother and more fluid. The latest One UI 7 Beta 4 even feels better than the stable version on the Galaxy S25.

Smoother Charging Animation

Leaker IceUniverse discovered that Samsung has improved the charging animation in One UI 7 Beta 4. The new animation looks smoother and more refined, making older Galaxy S24 models feel even better than the new Galaxy S25 series.

On the home screen, users will see a more fluid charging indicator animation. The lock screen and Always On Display (AOD) also show the charging indicator through the Now Bar. To fully experience the animation, users should unlock the device.

Changes from Previous Versions

Samsung has been testing different charging indicator designs in earlier beta versions. The final design was introduced in the stable One UI 7 for the Galaxy S25 series. However, with Beta 4, Samsung is focusing on animation improvements to enhance the overall user experience.

The charging indicator design remains the same as Beta 3, but the animation is now much smoother. Samsung has made noticeable improvements, making the transition and movement of the indicator feel more fluid.

One UI 7 Beta 4 Might Be the Last Beta
